This place never disappoints. For real. My daughter (and I) love their fries and simple, easy menu. The staff is always more than happy to make special requests with a smile. Gotta be my favorite burger joint in the vicinity.
Best Gluten Free burger bun I’ve ever had and I’ve tried them all. Not only is the bun good but the rest of the burger is also my favorite! The staff are incredible and manage a non stop line. They also deal with the cold or hot weather since this is a walk up window establishment. PLEASE open a location in Seattle!
This place is BANGIN’!! I actively have to persuade myself NOT to eat here for lunch everyday. Their food is consistent every time I come (which at this point is a once-a-week minimum lol). Their pickles are top notch, which makes or breaks a burger for me, the secret sauce is delicious and I love that there is grilled onions on the burger. No need to add on!! They are extremely generous with the portion of their fries (which are some of the best fries I’ve ever had, I will add). But as if their regular fries and burger wasn’t enough to sell me on them, I got their chili cheese fries today and am thoroughly happy I did! I would be shocked if the chili wasn’t made in house cus it was delicious. This place is 100/10. The food is top notch, the service is top notch and the vibes of this place is top notch. If they doubled the price I would still shamelessly show up once a week (but please don’t raise the price lol) Joe - you did that!!
Gluten free burger and fries, YES! They were so good and very accommodating. The fact that they have a separate fryer for gluten free stuff is just incredible! Thank you for doing the right thing and making it that much easier for gluten free people to eat! I have celiac disease and I didn't get sick here! I'm so pleased. Next time I'm up North again, I will definitely be stopping by again. Limited outdoor seating, no inside dining, no drive through, it's just a walk up small burger shop, but I honestly kind of liked that atmosphere. Good experience!
Customer service is incredible. My person that takes my order makes me feel so special, that I feel like she knows me. I was last in over 5 months ago, but she always remembers my name. Food is also top notch!
The burgers here are fairly nice! It's about 16 for a combo with the Classic Cheeseburger, some tater tots, and a milkshake. The cheeseburger had the right amount of consistency throughout; the veggies and sauce worth very well with the meat and bun, in terms of texture, and the beef tasted fairly nice (not amazing, but still pretty good). The tater tots they gave were very crispy, abs so I really liked them (oddly enough, maybe more than the burger). The milkshake was decent; since I got the mocha flavor (it's a seasonal flavor), it kinda tasted like a Frappucino (which I generally really like, mind you), although maybe more like 75% there. Next time, I should try their more traditional milkshake flavors, too make a better comparison, as I think the Frappucino comparison is maybe not fitting. Overall, I would definitely go again to try more of their menu, and I recommend this to others!
Affordable compared to other restaurants in totem lake. It's perfect for a quick meal on the go. Servers are always nice, food is fresh and I actually love the fries.
Very friendly and nice service. They have a dedicated GF fryer and gluten-free buns available. The secret sauce is gluten-free and dairy free. The gluten-free buns have dairy in them if you are allergic to dairy as well. But the lettuce wrap burgers are great, as well as the tots. I would thoroughly recommend it for those with gluten and dairy allergies.
